Take your remedy on a ‘clean tongue’. Avoid food and drink, except water, and cleaning your teeth for at least 15 minutes before and after taking a remedy.

Carefully tip one tablet into a clean hand and immediately place it under the tongue. Avoid handling the remaining tablets in the jar/envelope. Soft tablets dissolve within seconds. Hard tablets dissolve more slowly and can be crunched after several minutes.

Hard tablets can be crushed between two spoons or inside a clean envelope to be given to babies. Soft tablets can usually be given to babies without crushing as they dissolve so fast.
